Can I rename the label PROJECT SCOPE?

When we click on the button Create, we see a modal box with many fields to create an issue.

One of the fields has a habel called "Project Scope" and I would like to know if we can rename this label ?

You can rename custom fields in Admin -> Custom fields.

You can break filters if you do that, so warn your users if you're going to change field names.
