Can I remove old (Jira, Confluence) installation dir from server?

Hello Team,

I have a question. Can I remove old installation dir from server? Will there be any impact on application?

For Eg: File name are as below.

atlassian-jira-enterprise-3.xx.x-standalone

atlassian-jira-enterprise-3.xx.x-standalone

confluence-3.x.x_xx-std

confluence-3.x.xx-std

Please let me know this asap I need to take decision asap.

If you're not using the application any more, then yes, you can remove them.  But the application they provide will go away of course.  I assume you've installed a new version in a completely new location and moved all the data across from the old ones.
