This is a JIRA Cloud question. I had several projects and files, and I used <http://estudiomug.atlassian.net/> as my Jira page. For personal reasons, I wasn't able to access it when I needed to, and it got deactivated. Can I recover these projects?

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
I'm afraid those pages/projects will be lost to time.
Unless you have a backup that you made yourself back then which you can now restore on a new site, Atlassian will not provide any backup/restore functionality on their end.
So the sad new is "No, they will not recoverable"
