Can I provide access to my group only for people outside the organization?

I have added 3 users to a project that I am working. How can the other users log in to the project.

Will they have to download the Jira software and and install it, like I did or will the link starting with Locahost can work on their computer?

If they have to download and install the Jira, what the next steps for them to log onto the project that I have added them for?

Hi @Venkat Shabad - you should install Jira on a server so that everyone in your company can use it. Jira is a server software, the only software a client needs is a Webbrowser.

Localhost is local and just for you. You should not use your computer for providing server software. A local installation is ok for testing purpose but not in production.
