I have an automation that will create subtasks depending on they request type entered through the customer service portal. I have the automation set certain fields when creating the subtask. However, when it runs, and I look at the subtask, those fields are in the right column, and I want to move them to the middle. I cannot find the screen that will allow me to configure the issue view of a subtask. Is there such a screen. Right now, the issue view of a subtask has a lot of fields that are not used. Any advice is appreciated.
Hi @RORY SCOTT , in the bottom right corner when looking at an issue in detail issue view you will see "Configure". Use that to configure the view. Note you are limited in what fields can place where.
@Jack Brickey When I try to use that option, it tells me I can't edit due to the request type not being populated. Since I am creating these subtasks off of Service requests and incidents, I have no request type to fill in.

indeed it is not possible to edit the layout for subtasks in JSM projects. Here is a suggestion you may wish to vote for and watch - JSDCLOUD-9230
