My team is divided by regions and so we have several boards within our project so that we can see what each group is working on. I would like to create one to use for more confidential tasks (not that I would put confidential information in there but tasks that I don’t want the whole team to see). I figured out how to not share the board but the issues still show up when I create them. Any ideas?
What do you mean by the issues “show up”? Where do they show up?
now regardless, you cannot truly hide some issue and not others in the same project. You can, as you indicate, not show certain issue on one board while displaying them on another. This can be done bu issuetype, labels, components, custom field, etc. If you wish to truly hide you need to use a separate project and set permissions to that project as desired.
