Can I make it so reopening a parent ticket will reopen the subtasks in the workflow?

I have a parent with a bunch of subtasks.

I want to reset everything within the ticket. Right now I have a reopen workflow for the parent ticket that purges the resolution.

I have a reopen option on all the subtasks but don't want to go through each one. Is there a way I can set up the workflow where reopening the parent auto reopens the subtasks?

It requires some customizations and hence not possible on onDemand instance.
