Can I link individual Acceptance Criterias to tests?

I'm using a JQL query to retrieve Acceptance Criteria from Issues. 

What I do next is parse them with a script, put them in lists and export them to a csv file. I manually add information to each row indicating which test is going to cover each Acceptance Criteria.

I would like to know if there's any functionality that can help me "link" tests to each Acceptance Criteria (other than going through each Issue and each Acceptance Criteria adding the tests). Something similar to the different ALM integrations with Gitlab or Github that link Pull Requests to Issues would be fantastic.
