Can I limit Embeds to only populate in certain issue types?
Hi there - I added the MS Forms Embed into Jira the other day, hoping that I could restrict it to only specific issue types.
For context, the form I want to have connected is for certain types of work that the team conducts. It's an intake form of sorts, and the information collected is populated into an MS List that then triggers automations using Power Automate.
The challenge is that not only does the MS Forms button appear inside all of my issues now (this would be okay if that was all there was), but it also populates the MS Form in every single issue.
Is there some other way to think about this that would help me get the results I am hoping to achieve?
