I would like to keep the old jira view instead of using the new jira view. The new jira view is not as user friendly and requires a lot more clicks than the view before.
Not sure what view you are referring to. Do you mean the new "next-gen" projects or just the user interface overall?
If you mean the "next-gen" project, you can select "classic" project type when creating a new project. Note, this can only be selected when a project is created. You cannot, at this time at least, change the project type.
If you are using Jira Cloud and are referring to the overall user interface and how it changes with time there is nothing you can do to "go back". You get whatever they push out. This can be annoying at times as a admin when a change comes out and you get dozens of calls from users that cannot figure out where something went.
If you are on Jira Server you would need to talk to your admins.
Hi John, thanks for the reply. I mean the overall interface has changed, and we are on Jira Cloud. I guess i don't have an option for it.

There isn’t an option unfortunately. You could reach out to Atlassian to see if you get a different answer, e.g. revert me.
