JIRA cloud has all the facilities that Server version does when it comes to "inputs".  In most cases, the simple answer is "look at the REST interface".  But you'll need to explain what you're trying to "integrate" before we can tell you much more.

No, there's not a lot you can do with SSO for JIRA Cloud.  It's got your Atlassian Cloud accounts and Google and not a lot else.
