Can I import data with summaries, workflows, commas from another tool, such as Quickscrum into Jira?

We are currently have to populate our own templates, being extremely time consuming, administratively, using an excel spreadsheet as a template. Is it possible for Jira to import current projects from Quickscrum, with Commas, Workflows, and all Meta Data, other than this current tiring exercise? Please advise
