Can I hide child events on my board but still show them in Roadmap?

Hi there, 

We have our board set up that our swimlanes are components and we have epics linked to components. We didn't want all the child events showing on our board as it made it messy so had them hidden. 

The problem is that they are now also hidden on the roadmap view as well. 

Is there a way to hide child events on board view, but still be able to see them on roadmap view?

By "child events" do you mean child issues in the Epics?

Are you working with a Kanban board or a Scrum board?

Does your board include multiple projects or just one project?

Can you confirm you are working with a Company Managed project?
