Can I have different fields for create and view screen if both are using the same screen schema ?

I want to customise my JIRA screens. Requirement is that I use a templated screen schema for both create and view screen, and I want to have different fields in both of these screens. Currently if I change some fields in create screen, view screen also changes. Is there any way to avoid this apart from creating different screen schemas for create, view and edit screens ?

If you are working on CMP projects you can achieve that by creating a separate screen for view (or create) and associate this screen with the corresponding issue operation.
