Can I go back to free account ?

Can I go back to free account ?

I currently have a FREE Jira cloud account with 10 users.

It looks like I will need to increase to approx. 12 users for a short time.

I'm happy to pay for the "standard" service for the time that I have 12 users. However, when I return to 10 users, will I be able to go to the free option again, or will I then have to pay the standard fee for those 10 users forever ?

Hi @Lorraine McLuckie , yeah you can switch back in your subscriptions management:

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

and you can also use Standard for 1month/30days trial period for free...by the way :)

What is the best way to fix this ? I can't find a place where to enter payment details.
