Can I edit/add "Create Ticket" text instead of "Create Issue"?

you have to change the "createissue.title " property text in JiraWebActionSupport.properties file which is located at

C:\Program Files\Atlassian\JIRA\atlassian-jira\WEB-INF\classes\com\atlassian\jira\web\action

Hi,

I think that the best way is creating a customized translation. You will need to identify all phrases with "Issue" word, and then replace them with "Ticket"
