We are attempting to create a new request where the issue supports a single request but the request can include a simple change vs a complicated creative design change. To keep the ticket relevant to the request we have created two separate forms that require specific details depending on the clients needs.Ultimately what I am asking is if it is possible to have the following.
A custom fields with 2 options:
Option A
Option B
When a user selects either option the appropriate form loads
Option A = Form Y
Currently I have the request created and the forms associated but both forms are showing so I need to hide the one I do not need depending on the clients needs.
