Can I download tickets details into EXCEL from the customer portal side?

I have a client who wants to download their raised JIra tickets from their customer portal directly into an excel sheet? Is there anything in the Jira marketplace that can assist?

Hi Farouk,

There is a Suggestion to have this implemented titled Export Issues in customer portal.  Please vote on JSDSERVER-4212 and add your use case to the comments to add impact.  In the comments of JSDSERVER-4212, Customer Requests Workload Report  was suggested as an add-on that could be used to accomplish this task.
