Can I display ticket counts within a column?

We have Premium Jira/Cloud

Is there a way to display the ticket count within a column (active sprint or Kanban)?

As of yet, I've not found a setting for this.

Thanks,

...Scott

Hello @Scott Buratt

On a Kanban board or a Scrum board for a Company Managed project, if you go to Board Settings > Columns, and select Issue Count for Column Constraint, the the count of issues in the column will be displayed at the top of the column.

For a Kanban Board or a Scrum board in a Team Managed project the issue count appears to be always present (not a configurable option).

As these are "Company Managed", setting the constraint with "no limits" provides exactly what's need.

Thanks much @Trudy Claspill

Hi @Scott Buratt ,

on a kanban board you could add a WIP for column in order to have an overview about items in that column https://www.atlassian.com/agile/kanban/wip-limits

Hope this helps,

Fabio
