Can I create an new and specific project type?

Hi,

is it possible to create a new project type, additionally to the standard types within Software and Business? That project type should have custom issue types, screens and workflows from the beginning of the project creation (in the standard setting).

We use Jira for a specific scope of application, so we can't use the standard issue types that are predefined when we create a new project.
