Can I create a request form in a Jira Software Management project?

Hello,

I was looking into whether it is possible to create a request form in a Jira Software Management project. I see there's an option for Jira Cloud Business projects, but I was hoping it would be possible to create a similar form in my project. 

For context, the purpose of the form would be for internal people in the company from other teams to submit requests to my team.

If it's not possible to create a request form, does anyone have any ideas for how to accomplish this goal within the constraints of my Jira Software Management project?

Unfortunately it's not possible.  

However, we did use Jira work management as an intake for requirements and if they were approved by the po, we would have automation create a ticket in the software project. (I.e. ticket from intake transitions to approved status, we create a new ticket in another js project)
