Can I create a group option?

I would like to group by boards. I have 1 project and 2 boards. can create a group option as "group by board"?

Welcome to the community!

As a starting point, you need to be aware that each of your boards has a filter that defines what is shown on that board, so you may not need to group by board, but rather by what differentiates the two boards, e.g. board 1 represents work for team 1 and board 2 represents work for team 2.

A such. the approach that we could suggest for you will actually be better defined by what is is that differentiates the 2 boards, and what you want to achieve by 'grouping by boards'

Whatever approach you use though, you will need to have an additional view for it whether that is a new board / list / filter / etc.

You could create a custom field for this, at the level of work item, to indicate the board. 

What would you like to achieve? Do you need to be able to filter / report on which board a work item is on?
