Can I create a Quick Filter to jump to the Backlog / EPICs section?

Is a URL I can use to jump to the planning section and see my EPICs (we've set EPICS panel on)

Prior to this, we had a Quick Filter that would allow us to just see EPICs or to Hide the EPICs

Now I would like a way to edit "Epics Only" to take me to the view=planning.nodetail&epics=visible.   Anyone know if that is possible?  This way the population would be able to get to the EPICs with a single click without having to know to expand the EPICs bar.

Not possible I'm afraid - Quick Filters is for JQL queries only - not links. It just filters whichever view on the board you are currently on

If this is a project-specific board, you could add the link to the left-hand side-bar under "Project Shortcuts"?
