I have 2 entities (Platforms) and each entity has iOS and Android apps, so I created 4 projects on Jira since each app has different backlog, but the thing is that I have one team working on the 4 projects, applying the same scrum process. So, I want anything I set in one project to be applied as well in the other projects, for now I want to be able to copy the automation rule I create in one project to the other projects without the need to create it again and again. I believe this is applicable for the Company-Managed projects, but is it available for the Team-Managed Projects?
Hi @Asser Abdelaziz , you can change your rule to apply to multiple projects under the global administration for Automation (settings > system - Global Automation). Then you can select the desired projects. Be sure to check your rules to ensure there is not project specific components that would result in failures in other projects.

Custom fields in team-managed projects are specific to each project...even when they have the same names and values. I recommend testing to confirm your rules work as expected after copying them. Some ways to do that are:
