Can I configure reports or is that done through add ons?

The reports that are available do not provide the detail desired by our management team.  Are these reports configurable, or is that something done through the add-on applications?

It's hard to say without knowing which reports you are looking at and what your management team want from "reports".  Not too worried about the first part of that question, but could you give us some detail on what your management team are looking for?
