most users in my org are configured to use LDAP login.

Can I configure specific users to authenticate using internal JIRA password rather than LDAP authentication?

Hi @Erez Harari

Welcome to the community!

This is possible if the user does not also exist on the LDAP.

If the user also exists in the LDAP directory, then Jira will authenticate the user against the LDAP if the LDAP directory is ordered above the Jira internal directory ( https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/managing-multiple-directories-938847057.html )

I hope this helps, please do not hesitate to ask any follow-up questions :)
