Can I change Atlassian Default filed name/filed label in Service Desk?

When one creates a Service Desk Issue, the first field in template has a label "Raise this request on behalf of", which is a default field with default title/label and is linked by default to the JIRA issue "Reporter" field. I am fin with it being linked to the "Reporter" field, bu tthe label/title itself is not what we need and would like to change it. Atlassian tech support told me that it's not possible and advised me to post this to the board. I hope someone could help. I'd greatly appreciate anyone's assistance. Let me know if my explanation is not clear enough and I'll try to restate it. Unfortunately I don't know of any way to attache a screenshot or a file to this message.
