Can I automatically change a status of issue which blocks others?

One issue is in rpogress

Then this issue becomes in status "Blocked" and links with other issue (is blocked by). Can the status of the issue which blocks be changed autmatically on the status "Blocks"?

You could achieve this using an add-on such as scriptrunner, automation for Jira, Power Scripts, etc.

Yes absolutely and BTW, A4J is a great addon and better still it is being integrated into Jira directly and released to Cloud in the next couple of months.

Are you asking if JMWE can achieve your goal? If so I cannot say as I have not tried.

Regarding A4J, something like this should work. Ultimately you will need to play with it to get it to meet your needs.
