Can I apply workflow on JIRA issue when it is linked by certain issue type

Hello,

Could any one help me if it is possible to apply workflow on JIRA issue when the issues was linked by certain issue type.

Example I have a issue type "STORY" and I want to apply workflow on this issue type only when this issue was linked by issue type "BUG".

Which means I want to apply workflow only to the issues type "STORY" and linked by "BUG" tickets.

No, that is not possible. An issue type can be linked to one and only one workflow on a project. And it cannot be dynamic - it is the same workflow for all issues for that issue type.
