Can I add the 'Sprint' field to be visible in Dependency map view?

When viewing the dependencies under Advanced Roadmaps, we can see Start date and End date for the tickets.
Is it possible to add the 'Sprint' value of the ticket in the view?

The card you see here in the dependency report is not customisable. So unfortunately not. You may raise the idea as a feature request to Atlassian through in product feedback, though.
You can find a button for that near the top right of your screen:
