Can I add a manager to a ticket/subtasks without granting access to entire board?

I am hoping to tag employees on subtasks/tickets to complete, but don't want them to be granted access/visibility into the board the ticket itself is included on.

Context, we'd like to tag managers to complete access de-provisioning for departing employees, but would like to keep the full board of employees hidden.

Is this possible?

Thank you!

Hi @Colin Walton

You can use security level to manage access at the ticket level, a sub-task will inherit from the parent security level. So you can grant access to some user tag in a user picker field for instance.

If you just want to hide the board but don' t mind having the manager looking into the ticket from the search you just have to make sure to not share the filter the board is based on with them and give the manager the direct link to the ticket instead of the link to the board.

Regards
