Can I Export and Import Jira´s Project between diferents enterprises?

I have a Jira s Project in specific partner enterprise, but I will need to transfer the project to my Jira.

I would like transfer issues, attachments and comments of the Jira s project. Both Jira are on demand.

This operation, is possible?

Hi Fábio,
A similar question has been answered before, and can be found here. Exporting and importing projects between OnDemand instances is a lot of work though.
