Can I Bulk Upload Task Creation?

I would like to upload numerous tasks at once, ideally through a bulk upload.

In these tasks, I want to be able to give them different titles, different start and end dates, assign different users to them, etc.

Please can someone confirm if this is possible, and if so, how I go about doing it.

Yes you can do it with a CSV import.

Note that you must be a Jira Product Admin or a user with the global permission for Make Bulk Changes to use the CSV Import functionality.
