Can 2 teams run seperate sprints of different duration

Is it possible for 2 teams to run separate sprints with different durations at the same time?

- Team A: 2-week sprint
- Team B: 1-week sprint

Yes. Each sprint has an independent start/end date.

Yes.

But only from different boards by default.

You can run parallel sprints from the same board if you enable the "run parallel sprints" feature in the admin settings.
