Calling attention to an IMPORTANT request in Jira Platform Cloud project (JRACLOUD)

Hi team, this ticket has been open for more than 1 year now:

(New issue search results - Components/Labels/Fields with multiple values only show '+X' instead all values like the old issue search results.)

It's something flagged as so important to the users, and the reporter is inactive, the board is getting dusty, and this can't simply be forgotten. 

If someone inside Atlassian can look at it and at least change the internal reporter, maybe?

Even though that is true, PMs' have their backlogs and also the list of features that would bring the business value in this current moment. I did saw some features being implemented. Problem is, there are too many requests, and sometimes not every feature would be implemented.

Thanks for your answer @Nikola Perisic . My only concern is: no reporter, no assignee, on a board called test, with so few tickets and no activity whatsoever, it looks like something doomed to remain stale indefinitely to eternity and beyond.
