Calendar Template to be applied that would block certain days as Holidays, Non-Work days

We want to update the calendar in JIRA for only available work days, specifically identifying holidays and other company non-working days.  Is there any feature or function that would allow this to be completed.  Ideally this would be per Project and not a universal configuration setting.
