Calculating Cycle Time: Control Charts vs Time In Status app

Hi

I’m trying to calculate cycle time using control charts and the time in status app, parameters are identical (i.e. jql, query, non-working days dates etc  however I’m getting two different results, I’m not sure why. 

Can any one please help / shed some light on this

Are you using a marketplace app for these measures?  If so, perhaps check the documentation for the app: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/

If you are not using a marketplace app, what do you mean by "time in status app"?

Yes I believe so, app I'm using is Timepiece formerly know as "Time In Status"
