Calculated Custom Fields

I am having few number custom fields. After the users enters the value there is a custom field that should automatically be populated after adding those values. How can I achieve this..?

You will have to write a calculated custom field. If you are not that much a developer, there are scripted fields available from plugins like Scriptrunner that might help.
