Calculate how much SLA time has been reduced on each status in javascript in jira

Hey guys

I need to implement a custom measure in eazybi, where in summary it is calculated how much sla time was reduced in each status.

We thought of initially using the time in status, however, it does the accounting in 24h format and does not display the expected result.

Is there any advanced configuration capable of performing this calculation? By eazybi itself or by custom fields in jira?

Unfortunately we can't install new plugins so I'm looking for a way with the resources currently available
