Calculate Average Bug per user Story

Is there a way to Calculate Average Bug per user Story, using AIO reports or any other tool available free or payable out there.

What do you mean by "Average Bug per user Story"?  Do you mean the count/story? How are the defects (bugs) associated to the story: sub-tasks, links, something else?
