Caesium-1-2 ERROR [c.a.jira.startup.IndexRecoveryLauncher] Issue index is out of date with the database by more than 24 hours. Automatic recovery is not attempted

Getting the below error after the jira upgrade to version 8.7 from 8.4

Have you tried running the database integrity checker and then running a locked full reindex?
