CSV file upload issue

Hi,

I was able to update the CSV file few mins back but now JIRA is throwing some error .

Same error is reported by my colleague is a well and it appears it be impacting multiple users.

Please let me know what can be done in this situation.

Welcome to the community.

At about the time you posted, Atlassian Cloud was experiencing a problem. The issue has since been resolved.

You can check if their services are experiencing a problem here:
