CSV Import

Hello, I'm trying to import a CSV file into a new Jira account. I'm using the Scrum board and have been searching the import function throughout the entire Jira and unable to find it. Can someone assist? Thank you.

Hello gigworks.

You have to click on the cog on the top right hand corner, then System. 

On the menu on the left of the screen you can choose the tab "External system Import".

Here you can import a csv/Trello/Json...

Thank you for the info. I've read somewhere I need to enter in Project name and project key, is that necessary?
