CSV Import can't find the Status field

I am using the system admin's import tools so it's definitely not this issue.

I am migrating from Rally to JIRA. First I created a CSV file with all User Stories and Tasks from Rally, imported OK. The problem came up when I add Defect in Rally to the CSV file, now the Status is not available when I do the mapping. I tried the old CSV file with only Stories and Tasks, still the Status field is available.

So the problem is the difference in these two CSV files! What can that be? I did delete some columns in the CSV has no value.

I have another column names the same, once deleted it's ok.
