Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I got the message "Could not parse second line (after the header row) of CSV file" when I want to import data from CSV.
What I have done are:
1. I create a CSV file using Excel; then
2. at the first row, each of column, I filled it with this label :
Summary, Assignee, Reporter, Issue Type, Description, Priority3. I attached it and when I click "next", I got the message
