Cómo puedo cerrar automaticamente las subtareas de una incidencia cuando la cancele o decline

Quiero que las subtareas de una solicitud cambien de estado abierto a cerrado o cancelado cuando cancele, cierre o decline la incidencia principal. Intenté automatizarlo sin embargono me resulta

For a question like this, please post an image of your complete automation rule, images of any relevant actions / conditions / branches, an image of the audit log details showing the rule execution, and explain what is not working as expected. Until we see those...

From what you describe, I suspect one of the rule conditions or branches are incorrect in your rule.  Seeing the rule and the audit log details will help to narrow that down.
