He seguido los pasos para crear mi organización en Jira y en Grovestack como entidad sin ánimo de lucro la cual ya se encuentra aceptada en Grovestack, pero no aparece la activación en Atlassian, sigue apareciendo una solicitud de pago o registro de medio de pago. ¡Ayuda!

How can I activate my subscription as a non-profit organization?
I have followed the steps to set up my organization in Jira and Grovestack as a non-profit entity—a status that has already been approved in Grovestack—but the activation is not reflected in Atlassian; it still prompts me for a payment or requires me to register a payment method. Help!

Have you seen this page and applied for the discount as a non-profit? discount-pricing
We're a community of users here, and probably aren't the best group to answer your billing questions.
Since you're the admin, I would suggest contacting Atlassian Support and chose the 'Billing, payments, and pricing' option. They are better suited to address your issue.
