Me estoy volviendo loca ya que de repente ha desaparecido el campo "Origen del problema" de TODAS las incidencias y TODOS los proyector. Hago la auditoria anual en base a este campo y no sé ni cómo ha desaparecido ni cómo volver a incluirlo. Por favor, necesito un manual sencillo...

You can use the option "Where is my field?" directly on the ticket to check what must be wrong with this field.
To confirm if the field was removed and who did that you must go to Jira Settings > System > Audit log. If the field was deleted, you will find this information:
You can also go to Jira settings > Issues > Custom field, search for the field and check if it was added to the projects' screens.
