Button browse attachment disappears after changing profile language

My issue in a Gherkin syntax...

GIVEN user profile language = English
AND change user profile language to German

WHEN create issue

THEN browse attachment button disappears

Does someone else have experience with this?

JIRA version is 7.8.0

Hello @Berry Kersten and welcome to Community!

This looks like a known bug:

• Missing attachment icon in Create Issue page in JIRA with German as default language
• The button to browse for attachments is missing from the edit screen when the default language is not English

Two workarounds are suggested:

1. Drag an drop an attachment to the ticket. After the attachment is added, click on "Edit" and you'll see that the attachment button in now available.
2. Change the language to English (US or UK)
