I have several company-managed projects that are already in place on the company instance. I want to create a unit that would include some client members and I don't want this unit to see already existing projects. Is it possible?
Yes, that is possible. What you need to do is create new permission scheme that only allow users in a specific role or group to browse projects apply that to existing projects. I would recommend using project roles because that allows project administrators to give that access to users. You can learn more about permissions here.
